The Rainbow Marketplace (RMP) will serve as the “Wall Street” of the CU Universe. With RBW as the exchange currency, players will be able to buy or sell bundles of items such as seeds, berries, crafting materials, boosters, and eventually props.

Players can access the Rainbow Token Marketplace by clicking on the MARKET Button.

The RMP will act as an in-game Automated Market Maker (AMM) and as such, bundle prices will be immediately updated whenever a corresponding bundle is purchased or sold. Prices will rise in a period where there are more purchases than sales and prices will decrease in a period where there are more sales than purchases.

When a price has increased over a certain duration of time, the price will be displayed in a green font. When a price has decreased over a certain duration of time, the price will be displayed in red font.

Players will be able to purchase any item, at any time, in the RMP assuming they have the required RBW amount. When a purchase is completed, the player will instantly receive the bundle of items and can put them to work!

Similar to Wall Street, players will need to pay a small fee when purchasing items. The fee is set in place to ensure that the RMP is always stocked with RBW and to allow for continued RBW distributions (for P2E) after the initial 5-year distribution is complete. Players should view this fee as a measure to sustain the CU economy in the long term.

Players will be able to sell a bundle once they have the required amount of items and a Unicorn available. When selling, players will receive the earned RBW once they fulfill their delivery obligation which will take a Unicorn 8 hours to complete (4 hours there and 4 hours back… Wall Street is rather far away).
