Overview

The author's proposal to make unencrypted tuning data accessible to community developers and white hats is commendable and aligns well with our values. We stand behind facilitating easier access to community-developed tools. As a DAO, supporting initiatives that encourage builders to engage is fundamental, and this proposal aligns well with that ethos.

Feedback

Although the team is in favor of this initiative, we currently lack the confidence to release this information without first conducting a thorough audit of all our endpoints. At present, the team is deeply engaged in migration-related tasks and is concurrently optimizing various aspects of our contracts. These activities are consuming a significant amount of our resources, making it difficult to allocate time for the necessary audit in the near term. With the upcoming move, it is also challenging to provide a definitive timeline, especially considering the potential unknowns post-migration.

Conclusion

We are supportive of the idea to make the unencrypted tuning data available to the DAO in the future. We believe it merits further discussion and consideration once the migration is complete and a thorough audit of all endpoints has been conducted. This approach ensures we maintain our commitment to security prior to release and do not inadvertently introduce potential risks.
